MCDONALD to SOUTH GEORGIA BANK, dated September 27, 2013, the same being recorded in Deed Book 2209, Pages 309-315, Bulloch County Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note dated September 27, 2013 executed by DANIEL C.
