SS48-4-45 and 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, previously owned by tax fi. fa. defendant Willie Wylie Estate and All Heirs Known and Unknown, et al., to wit: All that certain lot or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the 1209th G.M. District, Bulloch County, Georgia, and in the City of Statesboro, known and designated as Lot No. 19 on that certain plat of a subdivision made by J.E. Rushing, C.S.B.C. in December, 1919, for the Chas E. Cone Realty Company. Said plat being of record in the Clerk's Office of the Superior Court of Bulloch County, in Plat Book 1, Page 45, and having such dimensions and boundaries as are shown on said plat. TPID: S11 000035 000 will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after May 9, 2025. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated August 1, 2023 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bulloch County, Georgia, in Deed Book 2803, Page 661. The property may be redeemed at any time before the date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Douglas McKillip, attorney for Candyce A.
