Rushing, C.S.B.C. in December, 1919, for the Chas E. Cone Realty Company. Said plat being of record in the Clerk's Office of the Superior Court of Bulloch County, in Plat Book 1, Page 45, and having such dimensions and boundaries as are shown on said plat. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated August 1, 2023 and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bulloch County, Georgia, in Deed Book 2803, Page 661.
