STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BULLOCH NOTICE OF SALE Because of default in the payment of notes secured by a DEED TO SECURE DEBT executed by WILLIAM J. TAYLOR, SR. AND PATRICIA A. TAYLOR to HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF BULLOCH COUNTY, INC., a Georgia non-profit corporation, dated September 28, 2001, and recorded in Deed Book 1192, Pages 167-174, Bulloch County Records, the undersigned has declared the full unpaid amount of the indebtedness referred to due and payable and, acting under the POWER OF SALE contained in said deed, for the purpose of paying said indebtedness, will on the first Tuesday in July, 2025, during the legal hours of sale at the courthouse in said county, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the lands described in said deed, to wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land lying, situate and being in the 1209th G.M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia, and in the City of Statesboro, designated as Lot No. 13, Block 2, W.H. Smith Subdivision, containing 0.143 acres, as shown on a plat prepared by John A. Smith Subdivision, 49.91 feet; East by Lot No. 12, Block 2, W.H. Smith Subdivision, 124.33 feet; South by the right-of-way line of James Street 50.02 feet; and West by Lot No. 14, Block 2, W.H. Smith Subdivision, 124.33 feet. The aforesaid plat and the description thereon are by reference incorporated herein and made a part of this description. This being a portion of the property conveyed by Zeinford Scott and Inez G. Scott to Habitat for Humanity of Bulloch County, In. by Warranty Deed dated May 29, 1998, recorded in Deed Book 944, Page 286, Bulloch County Records. During such time as the property described herein is used for a purpose for which assistance under the Housing Opportunity Program Extension Act of 1996, P.L. 104-120, was provided or for another purpose involving the provision of similar services or benefits, then no person having an interest in this property shall refuse service for or accommodation or other benefit to any person with respect to the property on account of the person's race, color or national origin or otherwise engage in discrimination conduct of any kind on account of a person's race, color or national origin with respect to the property. This covenant shall run with the land and shall be binding on the Grantee and his successors in title.
