NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER OF SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BULLOCH Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Security Deed from KATINA WHEELER to TERRI DEE GRANT, dated May 18, 2016, and being recorded in Deed Book 2345, pages 507-511, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure an indebtedness in the original amount of $149,625.00, which was assigned to ROBERT K. BELL, JR., INC. by that certain "Assignment of Promissory Note and Other Loan Documents" dated May 29, 2025, and recorded in Deed Book 2906, Pages 363-365, Bulloch County Records, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Bulloch County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on TUESDAY, JULY 1, 2025, the following described property to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being in the1340th G. M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia, being designated as Parcels 5 and6 containing in the aggregate 20.37 acres, according to a plat of survey made by A. G. Wells, Jr., Surveyor, dated February 10, 1989, and recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 84, Bulloch County Records. LESS AND EXCEPT: All that certain lot of land situate, lying, and being in the1340th G.M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia, and being designated as 1.26 acres according to a plat of survey made by Donald W. Marsh & Associates, Registered Land Surveyors, dated August 20, 2007, and recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 503, Bulloch County Records.
