Full Time Opportunity Delivery Assistant/Driver The Statesboro Herald is seeking applications for a Delivery Assistant/Driver. This is an entry level position; responsible for ensuring excellent newspaper delivery services to our customers, post offices and retail locations in Bulloch and surrounding counties. Successful candidate should have good communication skills, good organizational skills, be able to handle delivery challenges on short notice and have the maturity and personality to provide exceptional customer service. Applicant must have reliable transportation and valid GA driver's license, liability insurance and good driving history. Good geographical knowledge of Bulloch and surrounding counties and basic computer skills are a plus. Must be able to pass a DOT physical, have a clean driving record, lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for extended periods. This is full time position with an insurance benefit package available. Position will require work every Monday through Friday including some holidays and overnight/early morning hours.
