NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER OF SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BULLOCH Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from XAVIER PRETLOW AND YASMAINE SIMMONS, to ROBERT K. BELL, JR., INC.., dated July 2, 2019, and being recorded in Deed Book 2516, pages 414-421, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure an indebtedness in the original amount of $15,000.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Bulloch County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in AUGUST 2025, the following described property to-wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1716th G. M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia, and in the Town of Portal, and being designated as Lot 5, Portal Crossing, containing 0.45 acres, more or less, according to a plat prepared for Robert K. Bell, Jr. by James M. Anderson & Associates, Registered Land Surveyor No. 2113, dated January 10, 1997, and recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 188, Bulloch County Records. The aforesaid plat and the description thereon are by reference incorporated herein as a part of this description.
