NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER OF SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BULLOCH Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from DYLAN HARRIS to SOUTHERN STATES PLANTATION, L.L.L.P.., dated August 24, 2020, and being recorded in Deed Book 2589, pages 621-628, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure one note in the original amount of $80,000.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of BULLOCH County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in SEPTEMBER 2025 , the following described property to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying situate, and being located in the 45th G. M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia, containing 1.15 acres and being designated as Lot No.1 according to a plat of survey prepared for Brook Run Subdivision by James M. Anderson, Registered Land Surveyor, dated August 23, 1999, and recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 203, Bulloch County Records. The aforesaid plat and the description thereon are by reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof. SUBJECT to those Restrictive Covenants dated October 12, 1999 and recorded in Deed Book 1059, Page 8-13, Bulloch County Records.
