Invitation to Bid The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the following building maintenance project: FY26-BLDMNT-BF01 Exterior Building Pressure Washing at Site #01) 115 North Main Street Bulloch County Annex, Site #02) 113 North Main Street Tax Commissioners Office, and Site #03 20 Siebald Street Bulloch County Judicial Annex. The project consists of pressure washing and cleaning all vertical exterior walls in plain view and visible from adjacent streets, sidewalks, parking lots, or lawn areas. This project also consists of pressure washing and cleaning all exterior windows, doorways, soffits, eaves, columns, overhangs, porches, porch ceilings, breezeways, sidewalks, walkways, and courtyards. Bidders are encouraged to visit each of the project site locations to view the existing conditions prior to submitting a bid. Bids shall be submitted by USPS, hand delivery, or parcel delivery service during normal daytime hours of operation Monday-Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM) to the Procurement Office, North Main Annex, 115 North Main Street, Statesboro, Georgia 30458. All bids must be received by August 28, 2025, at 3:00 PM EDT, at which time bids will be opened and cost components read aloud. No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted. Late submissions will be rejected. The outside of the sealed envelope shall include the wording: Bid #FY26-BLDMNT-BF01; Building Pressure Washing - 115 N. Main, 113 N.
