NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER OF SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BULLOCH Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Purchase Money Deed to Secure Debt from YWK INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC to RONALD DELOACH, ESSIE DELOACH and SAMUEL PHILIP DELOACH, dated December 15, 2023, and being recorded in Deed Book 2818, pages 127-133, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure one note in the original amount of $2,380,000.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of BULLOCH County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in OCTOBER 2025, the following described property to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying situate, lying and being in the 1340th G. M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia, containing 21.94 acres, according to that certain Plat of Survey prepared by Timothy W. Eason, Registered Land Surveyor, dated 28 FEB 2023, and recorded in Plat Book 69, Page 305, Bulloch County Records. Said plat and the reference thereof is incorporated herein for a more complete and accurate description and made a part hereof. Subject to any and all applicable zoning ordinances, easements, restrictive covenants and/or rights-of-ways in use or of record.
