BELL, SR., dated February 23, 2018, and being recorded in Deed Book 2441, page 266-273, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure an indebtedness in the original amount of $67,000.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Bulloch County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in OCTOBER 2025 the following described property to-wit: All that certain lot or tract of land lying situate and being in the 47th G. M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia, being known and designated as Lot 21, Phase III, Olney Station, according to a plat of survey prepared by James M.
