GEORGIA, BULLOCH COUNTY Because of default in the payment of the indebtedness, secured by a Security Deed executed by Savannah Property Partners, LLC to Low Tide Private Lending, LLC dated May 29, 2025 and recorded in Deed Book 2906, Pages 730-737; as assigned to Susser Bank and subsequently re-assigned to Low Tide Private Lending, LLC, Bulloch County, Georgia records, the undersigned, Low Tide Private Lending, LLC, pursuant to said deed and the property secured thereby, has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and pursuant to the power of sale contained in said deed, will on the first Tuesday in November, 2025, to-wit November 4, 2025, during the legal hours of sale, at the Courthouse door in Bulloch County, sell as public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said deed to-wit: TRACT NO. Rigdon; on the West a distance of 192.25 feet by other lands of Austin D. Rigdon; and on the South a distance of 603.57 feet by other lands of Austin D. Rigdon.
