Request for Bids The City of Statesboro requests proposals and submittals of qualifications for the following roof replacements: 1. A partial replacement of the roof of the Joe Brannen Building 2. The replacement of the roof of the Wastewater Pump Building A mandatory pre-bid will be held on November 5th at 10:00 AM at the Municipal Courtroom and Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Statesboro at the Brannen-Johnston Municipal Court Complex, 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, Georgia 30458, until 3:00PM, November 12th, 2025. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. At this time and place proposal submittals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Qualifications received after the designated time will not be considered. Contractor is solely responsible for timely method of delivery and confirmation of receipt prior to the date and time designated above for opening of bids. All proposals shall be marked "Joe Brannen Building Partial Roof Replacement & Wastewater Pump Building Roof Replacement" on the outside of the sealed proposal.
