Sections 22-2-109 and 32-3-5 that the Bulloch County Board of Commissioners has approved the location of this project. The date of location approval is October 21, 2025. The project is proposing the paving of County Road No. 351 in the 1523rd GM District, also known as Grimshaw Road, from its intersection with County Road No. 352, also known as Alderman Road, to its intersection with US Highway 80 near MP 23.9; the paving of County Road No. 1386 in the 1523rd GM District, also known as Grimshaw Lane, from its intersection with County Road No, 351, also known as Grimshaw Road, to its terminus; the paving of County Road No. 248 in the 1523rd GM District, also known as Prather Road, from its existing end pavement joint and extending 4,222 feet to a new end pavement joint; the paving of County Road No. 516, also known as Floyd Clark Road in the 48th GM District, from its intersection with SR 24 near MP 11.4 and extending to its intersection with SR 24 near MP 11.9; the paving of County Road No. 873 in the 48th GM District, also known as Deer Run Court, from its intersection with County Road No. 874, also known as Deer Run Road, to its terminus; the paving of County Road No. 874 in the 48th GM District, also known as Deer Run Road, from its intersection with County Road 516, also known as Floyd Clark Road, to its terminus; the paving of County Road No. 875 in the 48th GM District, also known as Deer Run Lane, from its intersection with County Road No. 874, also known as Deer Run Road, to its terminus.
