NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA BULLOCH COUNTY By virtue of a power of sale contained in a certain security deed from Todd Shannon Knight to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as grantee, as nominee for Van Dyk Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns and recorded in Deed Book 2703, Page 170-180, Bulloch County, Georgia records given to secure a note in the original amount of $258,236.00 with interest on the unpaid balance until paid, the following described property will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the courthouse door of BULLOCH COUNTY, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2025, to wit: December 02, 2025, the following described property: All that certain lot or parcel of land lying and being in the 1209th G.M.
