NOTICE OF LOCATION APPROVAL OF BULLOCH COUNTY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT OLD HAPPY ROAD DESIGN & PAVING PROJECT COUNTY ROAD 316: Notice is hereby given in accordance with O.C.G.A. Sections 22-2-109 and 32-3-5 that the Bulloch County Board of Commissioners has approved the location of this project. The date of location approval is November 18th, 2025. The project is proposing the paving of County Road No. 316 in the 1803rd GM District, also known as Old Happy Road, from its intersection with County Road No. 927, also known as Old Hwy 46, to its intersection with County Road No. 572, also known as Mud Road. A plat or map of the project is on file at the Bulloch County Engineering Office for the public to review.
