STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BULLOCH NOTICE AND ADVERTISEMENT OF SHERIFF'S SALE There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, before the door of the Bulloch County Courthouse in Bulloch County, Georgia, the Sale to take place between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the first Tuesday of January 2026 (being January 6, 2026), the following described property, to wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 48th G.M.
