Paul Lewis, Civil Action No. SUCV2025000067, a civil action for failure to pay for construction materials filed in the Superior Court of Bulloch County, Georgia. Said action was filed on March 6, 2025 and the Order granting Plaintiff's Motion for Service by Publication was granted on December 23, 2025. Pursuant to that Order, Defendant is hereby given Notice that he is commanded to file with the Clerk of the Superior Court of Bulloch County and serve upon Plaintiff an answer to said complaint within 60 days from the date of the Order for Service by Publication.
