BELL, JR., INC.., dated March 25, 2021 and being recorded in Deed Book 2633, pages 121-128, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure an indebtedness in the original amount of $72,900.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Bulloch County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in FEBRUARY 2026, the following described property to-wit: All that certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 1716th G.M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia, and in the Town of Portal, and being designated as Lot 24, Portal Crossing, containing .44 acres, more or less, according to a plat prepared for Robert K. Bell, Jr., by James M. Anderson & Associates, Registered Land Surveyor No. 2113 dated January 10, 1997, and recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 188, Bulloch County records.
