BELL, JR., INC.., dated September 12, 2025, and being recorded in Deed Book 2927, pages 499-507, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure an indebtedness in the original amount of $324,000.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Bulloch County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2026, the following described property to-wit: All that certain lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 1547th G.M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia, located on Old Register Way containing 1.84 of an acre and being shown on a plat of survey prepared by James M. TOGETHER WITH that certain driveway easement 15' in width abutting and commencing from the right-of-way of Old Register Way and along the common boundary line with and over and across that portion of the certain lot or parcel of land located to the northeast owned by Robert K.
