INVITATION TO BID The City of Statesboro seeks qualified contractors to complete a project which consists of replacing ALL windows, brick repointing and elastomeric wall coating at the historic Averitt Center for the Arts. A mandatory pre-bid will be held at the Municipal Court House, 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, Ga on February 19, 2026, followed by a site visit. Those who are unable to attend in person may attend virtually by emailing bidinfo@statesboroga.gov and requesting an invitation to the virtual meeting. Requests for invitations must be received by Monday, February 16, 2026. An additional site visit will be offered on February 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The deadline for questions is February 25, 2026.
