NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, BULLOCH COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Lawrence C. Miller to Long Beach Mortgage Company dated 7/3/2003 and recorded in Deed Book 1366 Page 542; and pursuant to that Order Granting Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings and Entry of Final Order recorded in Deed Book 2942 Page 227, Bulloch County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-RP2, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $64,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Bulloch County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on March 3, 2026 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: ALL THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN BULLOCH COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 25, PHASE ONE (1), ELDORA FARMS SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON THE MAP OR PLAN OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE SUPERIOR COURT OF BULLOCH COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 46.
