NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the provisions of O.C.G.A. SS 36-60-13(g), as amended, a public hearing will be held at 8:30 A.M. on March 17, 2026, in the Community Room of the Bulloch County North Main Annex, located at 115 North Main Street in Statesboro, Georgia, regarding the financing of a public safety facility (the "Project"). The Project will be financed pursuant to an Installment Sale Agreement (the "Financing Agreement"), between Association County Commissioners of Georgia, as seller, and Bulloch County, Georgia, as purchaser. All persons residing in Bulloch County having questions concerning, or views on the proposed financing of the Project or the Financing Agreement may appear and be heard at said public hearing. 72649 3.12.26 RL
