City of Statesboro Request for Qualifications/Design Services The City of Statesboro is seeking responses to a request for qualifications from qualified firms for the design of improvements to City Hall. Improvements included, but not limited to, complete HVAC replacement, painting throughout, update of customer service area, conversion of storage area into meeting room, LED lighting throughout, replacement of all exterior windows and structural improvements. Qualified firms are asked to submit their responses to this RFQ. Firms will be evaluated based on staff assigned, experience with similar projects, project approach and references. Sealed RFQ responses shall be due on March 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST. All sealed submittals shall be submitted to the City of Statesboro's Central Services Department located at 22 West Grady St., Statesboro, GA 30458.
