STATE OF GEORGIA ) NOTICE OF HEARING ) BULLOCH COUNTY ) Notice to the public is hereby given that on March 24, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in the Superior Court of Bulloch County, at the courthouse in said county, a hearing will be held in the case of the State of Georgia v. Bulloch County School District, on the petition to validate $120,000,000 in maximum aggregate principal amount of BULLOCH COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT GENERAL OBLIGATION SALES TAX BONDS (the "Bonds"). The Bonds are to be issued pursuant to authorization given by the voters of Bulloch County voting in an election held on November 4, 2025, on the question of whether or not to reimpose a one percent sales and use tax for educational purposes for a period of time not to exceed 20 consecutive calendar quarters for the purpose of constructing certain capital outlay projects for educational purposes. The approval by the voters also constituted approval of the issuance of general obligation debt of School District in the maximum aggregate principal amount of $120,000,000 to finance such capital outlay projects and for the payment of capitalized interest. At said hearing, all persons having a right to be heard with respect to the Bonds and the validation thereof and all other issues to be presented to the court in accordance with the petition filed, may be heard.
