YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED TO APPEAR before the Statesboro Municipal Court on April 7, 2026 @ 4:00 P.M. in the Statesboro Municipal Court, located at 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, GA 30458, to respond to the Complaint. If you fail to appear, the Court may grant the relief requested in the Complaint, which includes the potential demolition of the structure on your property and the imposition of a lien for any costs incurred by the City of Statesboro in abating the nuisance.
