The City of Statesboro alleges that the structure is unfit for human habitation and/or industrial/commercial use & noncompliant with applicable codes; vacant and being used in connection with drug crimes; or endangering public health OR safety due to unsanitary or unsafe conditions, and otherwise unfit for use, all in violation of applicable law. YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED AND REQUIRED TO APPEAR before the Statesboro Municipal Court on April 7, 2026 @ 4:00 P.M. in the Statesboro Municipal Court, located at 22 West Grady Street, Statesboro, GA 30458, to respond to the Complaint. If you fail to appear, the Court may grant the relief requested in the Complaint, which includes the potential demolition of the structure on your property and the imposition of a lien for any costs incurred by the City of Statesboro in abating the nuisance. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. SS 41-2-12, notice of this hearing will be mailed to all interested parties whose identities and addresses are reasonably ascertainable.
