SPAULDING to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS GRANTEE, AS NOMINEE FOR SYNOVUS MORTGAGE CORP. in the original principal amount of $126,704.00 dated September 26, 2011, and recorded in Deed Book 2070, Page 190, Bulloch County records, said Security Deed being last transferred to ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC in Deed Book 2936, Page 772, Bulloch County records, the undersigned will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, before the Courthouse door in said County, or at such other place as lawfully designated, within the legal hours of sale, on 5/5/2026, the property in said Security Deed and described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE 46TH G.M. NUMBER 1953, DATED FEBRUARY 15, 2010, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGE 439A, BULLOCH COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS. SAID TRACT IS BOUNDED, ACCORDING TO THE POYTHRESS PLAT AS FOLLOWS: ON THE NORTH BY LANDS OF WILLIAM P.
