NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER OF SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BULLOCH Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from CORNE STRUM AND SHARON STRUM to HICKORY BLUFF BUILDING CORP., INC.., dated July 19, 2023, and being recorded in Deed Book 2855, pages 562-569, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure an indebtedness in the original amount of $61,500.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Bulloch County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale, on the first TUESDAY in MAY, 2026, the following described property to-wit: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 48th G. M. District, Bulloch County, Georgia, and being designated as Lot 28, and containing 5.23 acres as shown on a plat of survey of LUKE ESTATES, prepared by James M. Anderson, Surveyor, dated February 28, 2003, and recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 14, Bulloch County, Georgia, Records. The aforesaid plats and the descriptions thereon are by reference incorporated herein and made a part of these descriptions. Said piece, parcel, or tract of land is conveyed subject to all covenants, road rights-of-way, restrictions, or easements of record, if any.
