Invitation to Bid The Bulloch County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed bids from GDOT Prequalified Subcontractors for the following project: FY26-CP-E14: County Road Restriping Project. The project involves pavement marking operations including high build wet weather traffic paint, thermoplastic traffic striping, raised pavement markers, pavement arrows with raised reflectors, and preformed plastic pavement markings for approximately 72 miles on county-maintained paved roads. The project shall commence within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days of the issuance of Notice to Proceed. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the work and certification of same no later than ninety (90) consecutive calendar days following the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed and shall achieve Final Acceptance of the work and certification of same no later than one hundred twenty (120) consecutive calendar days following the date of issuance of Notice to Proceed. The original bid along with one (1) copy and supporting documents must be submitted in a sealed clearly marked envelope. The deadline for receipt of all bids is May 22, 2026, at 11:00 AM EDT at which time the bids will be publicly opened and the cost components read and recorded at the Bulloch County North Main Annex, 115 N. Main St., Statesboro, GA 30458.
