NOTICE OF MERGER Notice is given that a certificate of merger which will effect a merger by and between East Georgia State College Foundation of Georgia Southern University, Inc., a Georgia nonprofit corporation, and Georgia Southern University Foundation, Inc., a Georgia nonprofit corporation, will be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing in accordance with the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code. The name of the surviving corporation in the merger is Georgia Southern University Foundation, Inc., a nonprofit corporation incorporated in the State of Georgia. The registered office of such corporation is located at 1801 Akins Boulevard, Statesboro, Georgia 30460, and its registered agent at such address is Trip C. Addison.
