NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER OF SECURITY DEED STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF BULLOCH Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Purchase Money Deed to Secure Debt from CARLOS JUNIOR RIGDON AND BRITTNEY CORRINE RIGDON to the ESTATE OF ROBERT K. BELL, SR., dated April 13, 2018, and being recorded in Deed Book 2451, page 165-172, Bulloch County, Georgia Records, given to secure an indebtedness in the original amount of $51,500.00, the undersigned will sell, at public outcry, to the highest bidder for cash before the door of the Courthouse of Bulloch County, Georgia, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in MAY 2024 the following described property to-wit: All that certain lot or parcel of land lying and being in the 47th G.M. District of Bulloch County, Georgia being known and designated as Lot 3, Phase III, Olney Station , according to a plat of Olney Station , Phase III, dated September 19, 1994, and prepared by James M. Anderson, Georgia Registered Land Surveyor, of record in Plat Book 46, Page 55, Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Bulloch County, Georgia. Said recorded plat being made a part of this description by reference thereto.
